X-WR-CALDESC:Training Description:\nStalking is a prevalent\, dangerous and
  often misunderstood crime. This seminar session explores the dynamics of 
 stalking\, focusing on the highly contextual nature of the crime by discus
 sing common tactics used by perpetrators\, stalking’s co-occurrence with d
 omestic violence\, the use of technology to stalk\, the use of risk assess
 ments in stalking cases as well as tools to plan for victim safety and enh
 ance investigations to hold offenders accountable. \n\nSPARC (Stalking Pre
 vention\, Awareness\, & Resource Center) is a federally funded project pro
 viding education and resources about the crime of stalking. SPARC ensures 
 that allied professionals have the specialized knowledge to identify and r
